This cosy apartment features one bedroom equipped with a pull-out trundle bed, which can be arranged as one or two single beds (80 × 200 cm each), depending on your needs.
The room also includes a small table with two chairs, a comfortable armchair ideal for reading or watching television, and a large window overlooking the garden, providing natural light and a pleasant sense of calm.
Bathroom with Shower
The bathroom is compact yet functional, offering a 70 × 80 cm shower, washbasin and toilet. A window to the outside ensures natural light and ventilation.
Kitchen
The kitchen is accessed directly from the garden and is fully equipped for short or mid-length stays. It includes:
Two-ring ceramic hob, Microwave, Under-counter fridge with integrated freezer compartment, Kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and
7kg washing machine.
Air Conditioning & Heating
The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning and heating to ensure comfort throughout the year.
Green & Shared Outdoor Spaces
The apartment is located on the south-facing side of our home, integrated within the garden and with its own independent entrance, separate from the main house entrance, ensuring privacy and convenience during your stay.
Both the garden and the jacuzzi are shared with us. The jacuzzi is available exclusively during the summer months and uses cool water, perfect for refreshing dips on warm days.
The south-facing garden enjoys sunshine throughout the day. A large fig tree provides natural shade, where you’ll find a hanging hammock, ideal for resting, reading or simply relaxing during the summer.
The atmosphere is wonderfully peaceful: a quiet and serene setting where the only usual sound is birdsong.
