Casa Jardín features two bedrooms. One includes twin beds that can be arranged together or separately, and the other offers a double bed measuring 140cm x 190cm.
Bathroom
The house has a stylish bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and natural light from a ceiling skylight. A natural vertical garden adds a unique and refreshing touch, making this space particularly special.
The property also includes a large-capacity hot water system and an 8kg washing machine.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including: Oven, induction hob, Microwave, Kettle, Drip coffee maker, Dishwasher and Fridge with freezer compartment.
The kitchen, dining area (table with four chairs) and living space are all connected in one bright, open-plan layout.
Casa Jardín also features a small bookshelf with books in several languages, colouring books and board games for relaxed moments indoors.
Air Conditioning & Comfort
Casa Jardín is equipped with air conditioning in the main bedroom and living area, as well as a ceiling fan in the second bedroom to ensure comfort during warmer months.
For your peace of mind, the property also includes smoke detectors, a fire extinguisher, a smart lock with secure access code, and security cameras at the exterior entrances.
Private Outdoor Areas with Sun, Shade & Relaxation
The private garden offers both sunny and shaded areas, an outdoor dining space and a comfortable chill-out zone with sofas.
There are four sun loungers with cushions and a hanging hammock, perfect for enjoying a traditional siesta in total tranquillity.
